RE: Weddings & Events, Inc. provides value packages that prepackage certain services for a set fee.  Choosing a value package provides for a set rate, an advantage for those couples who need to set a strict budget.

Diamond Package

The Diamond Package is designed to provide the assistance for most aspects of wedding planning and coordination.  It includes consultations to format the wedding day itineraries, coordinate schedules with vendors, direct the wedding rehearsal, and coordinate the ceremony and reception.  It also includes time to format and select invitations and stationery, select ceremony and reception music, on site facilitation of reception set-up, calls for vendor availability, accompaniment to vendor and/or site appointments, arrangements for guest transportation, place card arrangement, accompaniment to gown fitting appointments to verify bustle placement, and décor assistance.  Substitutions of services from the Ala Carte list for certain items on an hourly basis are allowed in this package.

Pearl Package

The Pearl Package is designed to provide selected expertise and assistance to the couple with planning the wedding and coordinating the wedding day.  It includes consultations to format the wedding day itineraries, vendor schedules, rehearsal and ceremony direction and coordination, as well as time for consultation, vendor referrals, review of vendor and site contracts, preparation of a monthly checklist, and arrangements for appointments to vendors and sites.

Crystal Package

The Crystal Package is designed to provide Basic Assistance for the couple who need assistance on the wedding day but would like to do the planning on their own.  It includes consultations to format the wedding day itineraries, coordinate schedules with vendors, direct the wedding rehearsal, and coordinate the ceremony and reception.

Extra hours and duties may be added to any package.  Please ask to see the “A La Carte” list of available services.
